Seize The Way Counseling is an independent, outpatient counseling practice located on the Northwest Side of Chicago (Jefferson Park neighborhood). Individual and couples counseling services are offered in-office and virtual for Illinois residents.
As a caring and compassionate, trauma-informed mental health provider in the Chicagoland area, I currently offer individual and couple counseling services for anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, grief & loss, identity work, relationship & communication challenges, and stress management for caregivers. My greatest passion within this work is helping you discover the real, authentic version of yourself.
